At 1st Street Painting, we understand that tackling a painting project for your community can be an overwhelming and daunting task. That’s why we take pride in the knowledge that we provide Property Manager’s, Homeowner Associations and individual Homeowners peace of mind, by providing a stress-free project from inception until its timely completion.
STANDARD SERVICES:
Provide paint specifications for your painting project to make sure all “bidders” are bidding “apples to apples”.
Certificates of Insurance for Workman's Compensation and Liability naming the Management Company, Homeowner Association or individual homeowner as additional insureds, will be provided prior to the start of the project.
Display large paint samples on substrates to be painted for color approval.
Pre-inspect each building/home before painting to advise of any broken tiles, broken homeowner items, paint drips or overspray from a previous paint job, or any signs of termites or wood repairs.
Post painting notices on homes 3 to 5 days prior to commencement of painting specifying substrates to be painted, job duration and any necessary requirements of homeowners.
Trench dirt away from the substrate to be painted, if necessary.
Make special arrangements for homeowners who have pets.
Pressure wash all surfaces to be painted to remove any loose paint, dirt or other contaminants.
Patch and repair stucco.
Wire brush, scrape and/or sand appropriate surfaces in preparation for painting.
Mask and “bag” all windows.
Caulk miter and butt joints.
Schedule the painting of homeowner doors at their convenience.
Storage container and portable toilet will be provided by us for the duration of the painting project. Location of container and toilet will be determined by the Board of Directors or Management Company. For safety reasons, both the container and toilet are locked at the end of each work day.
All workers are employees of 1st Street Painting. We do not use any subcontractors.
Job site is left in a clean and orderly condition at the end of each day.
It is our attention to detail that has earned us our reputation for excellence and it is this reputation that keeps customers coming back and referring us to others.
